A great method of training for both men and women targeting the whole body you will be shown how to swing it , clean it , press it , snatch , windmill and squat with the kettlebell.

The kettlebell swing burns many calories and targets the hole body, the windmill exercises the core and similar to the warriors pose, the single hand clean helps with coordination, the press develops upper body strength the snatch develops explosive power, while he squat develops the lower body.
